My wife has a Good RX membership and every time she goes to use the card she first checks the Good RX site to look up medication and the price is much lower. Then when she gets to the register at the pharmacy they quote a much higher price. They say they found another discount. We are paying for Good RX every month to get the discount. She shows them the price and still they say they cannot do it. She even had G-RX call the pharmacy last time and still no discount. Of course we canceled the Good RX but why won't they honor the discount advertised. For the most part CVS has always been great. But for convienience sake we go to our neighborhood pharmacy.

The pharmacy gave me the wrong medication! They gave me a narcotic that I wasn’t even prescribed. When I went to pick up my normal migraine medicine they just asked my name and told me the price. ( I didn’t even sign for it... they just handed it over) when I got home I realized they gave me a narcotic which was not a medicine I take. My name was on the scrip like it was meant for me. This is Scary. Somebody could die from this kind of error. I immediately transferred my scrips to a different location. There is absolutely no excuse for this kind of mistake.

An employee by the name of Izzie was rude. I’m here visiting for the holidays and needed some vitamins. I was never greeted nor was I asked did I need help. While trying to decide which vitamins to buy Izzie screams out security check over the loud speaker and I was the only one in the store. I was in my running gear so I wasn’t dressed. I feel that I was being judged. She could of approached me and ask me did I need help and I would of explained to her what I was trying decide. I am a frequent shopper of CVS and am very dissatisfied with this location.

Very clean location, the pharmacy, however, gets very busy in the drive through and seems to take forever to get through it

Great location but some changes would make it even better. This location is on a road that’s a major area of traffic for people going to work and several schools nearby in the mornings but it doesn’t open until 8:00 am. You miss all the tragic of everyone going to work and to the schools right beside it by not opening until 8. Poor pharmacy staff looks like they are about to die trying to help the people in line, always a line. Hire some more pharmacy help and thus serve more people faster and thus make more money.
