Had another garage tell us they couldn't get us in for a tire patch 30 minutes before they closed, but Black's said absolutely! And they got it done in LESS than 30 minutes! Great friendly staff, and great prices! Definitely coming back when I need work done!
All I can say is THANK YOU, THANK YOU, and THANK YOU! Andy and Paige are absolutely wonderful, as well as the other employees at this location. I have been coming to Blacks for many years, but the customer service at this specific location is hard to beat. Not that the other locations are lacking in this area, but that this one is just over the top and really makes you feel like family. Thankful to have such a great auto-care company with amazing employees that has always been there for me in each stage of car-life that I have been through. If you are in need of great service, fair pricing, and work integrity...don't go anywhere else. It just won't be the same.
Had a previous shop put the wrong bearing size on camper. Found out while getting tires on camper for a return trip home. They weren’t able to get the parts needed that day so had to leave the camper there for them to fix. (Due to not being able to tow it). After fixed they allowed us to leave it on their lot till we could return to get it the following weekend. They helped us out tremendously, had good service, and would recommend to anyone for tire and service needs!!!
Place moved well and the mechanics were very open and honest, Paige was great in customer service and helped me pick out the perfect tire, couldn’t be happier with the outcome
Ver courteous and professional staff. Always concerned and willing to acknowledge you every time a customer comes through the door. I would recommend others to come to Black's tire. Love the service and staff.
