Had a repair through an insurance claim. Peggy, and Debby Gave me the best customer service ever! They made my experience so easy and quick while also making me feel very welcome. Never had I ever wanted to stay longer than I needed to at a repair shop, hahaha! Not to mention the work was amazing! My car looks better than before! Thanks Performance Collision Center! Will definitely be back if needed!
Came here JUST to get a quote. The office says their hours are until 6 PM. I get here at 4:30 and was told it would be a half hour before someone saw me. I Sat and waited in the lobby for an ENTIRE hour just to be told that I can’t be seen today and should make an appointment. Are you serious? Why even have me waste my time. The receptionist should’ve said that from the start. Will not be doing business here.nnREAD THE OTHER REVIEWS ! I should have.
