Absolutely first-rate guys here! They had the knowledge and the patience to solve my obscure battery issue. It's hard to find store employees that know about what they sell- but I found them at this Batteries+Bulbs! Awesome!

Mike took care of my dead battery with a lot of finesse and courtesy. He took a lot of time changing out the defective battery and reinstalling the new. I really felt like a valued customer!! There are two Mike's, he was the non-manager one.

The two guys who were there last night were so helpful! I was able to call and see if they had a car battery I thought I needed, turns out I didn't, but they helped me narrow down my car's problem and helped me find a (temporary) solution until I could get my car to a mechanic!nThey communicated in easy terms and helped me make easy decisions!nThank you so much!
