Tim, the manager, saves the day! Stopped for a quick coffee and scone at Starbucks in the Coastal Grand Mall only to receive lukewarm coffee and what they call they their “petite” mini scone. Nothing compared to what is on display. After laughing and enjoying the thumbnail size scone, a young man stopped by to inquire about the service and items ordered. After informing him of mini scone and coffee temp, Tim happily and quickly remedy the situation with a fresh, hot coffee and another scone. Thanks, Tim. The other staff were friendly too.
We didn't have to wait in line long. Our cashier was very energetic and helpful. The coffee was great as always. Thanks Starbucks. ☺
very bad service, one lady was very rude with attitude. and there was hair in my drink but another lady was kind enough to re make it for me for free so that’s the only good part aside from that the drink was good but the service was horrible
My first time at this location, not as sanitary as I would like. The cashier keep touching his mask and my frappe task like milk.
Horrible i made a account just to review this place went in around 6 and the service was horrible the fat employee kept cursing under her breath and she wiped her hands on her jeans after washing them instead using a napkin so unsanitary and the store was so dirty the service was unbelievable slow. Will not come back ud83dude21
