This is my GO TO neighborhood store. I come here multiple times everyday. While most of the staff is extremely friendly..and do a great job at customer service. There are two large problems at this store....n1. Smoke Breaks: Almost Everytime I come here...this store is busy...which is great...however....there are always 1-2 employees outside smoking for long amounts of time..while one register is open..and that cashier has to do everything from gas to lottery to sales...with a line halfway to the back of the store. I have been sitting in the parking lot right this moment for more than 15 minutes, and the lady who I am pretty sure is the store manager has not moved from her smoke break station.nnRestocking Product: Again...super lax on this. FOUR days ago, I came.in for my daily yoohoo and pack of cigarettes. There were no yoohoos out so the very busy cashier got me one from the back.nHere we are four days later, and everytime I have come here since I have asked about the yoohoos. They have literally been sitting in the back for almost a week. Nobody stocks them, even after being informed several times.nThe location of this store is super convenient to my home, so I continue to come...but....now I can barley even get what I've come for..and if I do I have to wait in line for 15 minutes while the rest of the staff gathers outside for smoking and gossip.

My girlfriend and I go to this location for all of our gas/cigarettes and convenience needs until now due to the Mgmt/staff foul up. My girlfriend asked for a carton of Marlboro Special Select Red 100s and was given a promotional carton of Marlboro Red Label 100s, which was not noticed until she arrived home. She returned to this location to correct/swap carton and pay difference for correct version and they wouldn't do it, and basically called her a liar saying that she said the Red Labels...even though they know us and have served us correctly everytime prior. So now my girlfriend had to buy a whole other carton of the correct type to alleviate the issue. So a $55 transaction turned into over $100. Very displeased with the lack of care or unwillingness to provide proper customer service. Most likely will not return to this location due to this issue.

How can you turn down a sale of alcoholic beverages to some one who is well over 60 years old. Because they didn't have an I'd. But then turn around and except an expired I'd to the customer. I am sorry but a expired I'd is not a acceptable form of an I'd in the state of south Carolina.
