Worse place ever to live. The lot rent is outrageous and they don’t do nothing when you have a problem. Been here only six months and see they raised the rent after the first month and we have a years lease. My brand new moped was stolen the first week we moved in and our car was damaged by a neighbor parking way too close to it and the space that he parked in was actually our space that we are paying for nothing was done by management when we told them about this we had to pay $3000 out of our own pocket to have our car fixed and another $1000 for a rental while it was being fixed. We where not given a dime to fix it. They play loud music all night long and you can not even sleep there. Management does nothing when you complain about it. Trash was put in our trash can that we pay for by another tenant during this pandemic and management knew that some one in the park had the Virus and allowed these people to put trash in our can and expected us to remove it ourselves when we complained about it. I lived in a park in New Ellenton, SC. That was only $105 a month for the lot and they took way better care of it then this and they even mowed the grass their for us here you do it yourself and pay 5 times more for the lot and it is 1/4 the size of the lot I had in New Ellenton
