The phone number I have been using for years to make my payments is now telling me it can not be completed as dialed, even though it is the same number that is listed on Google, and has been programmed in my phone for years. I tried another number, taken directly from their website, and just get an error message. Their online payment website won't even open. I can not pay my bill, and I have had similar issues so many times that I have lost count. This is ridiculous. You guys need to get it together. I don't have this much trouble with all of my other bills combined. Hire someone reliable to make you a website that works and set up a phone payment system that works. Every other company out there is managing to do this. Why can't you?

Two days in a row of my fiance and myself trying to schedule a cancel date for our service since we'll be moving.nnThe first day we were told that there was nothing they could do cause it was a holiday. Not sure what significant holiday is on the 28th of December and why they bothered to answer the phone in the first place is beyond me.nnThe following day we were told to email them three bits of info. Not sure why they couldn't write it down themselves or why we weren't told to do this the previous day, seeing as a holiday that was claimed.nnI'm pretty sure that any of these vague comments about good service is done by the place itself.

This place is the most uncooperative business I have ever had to deal with. I would describe the establishment as tyrannical and the staff as confrontational. I have been dealing with them for 10 years and and have not seen improvement only incompentence, I believe they have no incentive to treat their customers well.
