Absolute nightmare! Mr. France is a crook! He asked for payment up front and never finished the job. He will not return emails/phone calls/text messages. I did a little research, a little too late, and many people have had the same issues. I would NEVER recommend East Shore Paint and Drywall to anyone! He ended up costing me 3x the original quote because we had to hire someone else to fix, then redo the work.
