From start to finish this whole process was efficient and professional! They painted a stairwell, hallways, guest bath and Master Bedroom. Called them and scheduled an estimate appointment the same day. Got a reasonable and complete estimate within a day or two. Brad answered all my questions and even pointed out things they would repair that I never would have thought of to ask. When I decided to offer them the job they gave me a very quick response and date. The group that arrived was on time, friendly and professional. They completed the job in a day and it looks great!nDefinitely exceeded my expectations!
We had Old Charleston Paint Company paint our upstairs consisting of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a loft. The work was completely very professional and in a timely manner. Excellent communication throughout the job. Bradford followed up with us and addressed all minor touch ups. We are extremely pleased and would highly recommend. We will have the company paint our downstairs in the near future.
Upon our first meeting with Bradford at Old Charleston Painting Company we knew we had made the right choice. Bradford advised me that the paint color I had initially chosen would turn our open floor plan quite dark and directed me to select a lighter color, and oh my goodness I'm so glad he did! But the job of selecting a new color seemed daunting to me, so Bradford showed up the next day within the hour of our phone call with two paint color samples selected from the chemistry of my first color choice. I knew then, before the paint crew ever came in that this company viewed customer service in its highest regard.nnThe drywall work in our home was extensive due to old trim being glued on but the crew meticulously completed it along with interior painting with plenty of trim just beautifully. The crew was polite, cleaned up after each day's work, and were on time. I also appreciated the good communication along the way so we had no surprises and knew which room the crew would be working in each day. I am completely pleased with our home's final look, thanks to the beautiful work of Old Charleston Paining Company and for them I give my highest recommendations.
Old Charleston Painting was hired to complete several tasks during our home renovation. Not only were they timely and reliable, they provided us with professional and high quality work, which included painting, drywall repair, caulking, sanding, handrail staining, and more. They did everything during COVID - and utilized masks and social distancing to keep everyone safe and feeling comfortable. They even took the time to walk us through the itemized costs to ensure we understood everything. We couldn't be happier with the end results - our house looks beautiful! Great job!
