Our team sells about 100 homes a year in Charleston, largely to out-of-state buyers who do not have any knowledge of local inspectors. We started working with Russell from Cardinal about a year ago and he's been a wonderful partner in our business! He makes himself available to us as much as possible, even when we're needing to squeeze an inspection in in a tight timeframe. His inspection reports arrive in a timely fashion and with appropriate details and pictures. When our clients are present for their home inspections he does a fantastic job of explaining maintenance items and how important things function in the home. We have really enjoyed working with Russell and the Cardinal team and plan to for years to come!

In the process of buying a new home, and Cardinal Home Inspections did a full inspection for us. The agent was extremely professional and did a great job! He pointed out certain things that he recommended by fixed, and he also explained things to me. I really appreciated that. The inspection report was also completed and sent over that same night. 5 star service!

Cardinal Home Inspections LLC are the best! Call and ask for Russ, he is the best! He was great with scheduling us super quick. He was very professional and helpful throughout the inspection showing us everything. He answered all the questions that we had as well. Call them today and ask for Russ if you want a great inspector!

Followed two inspections on separate properties with Mr. Harvey London -- not only was he thorough in his reporting and incredibly professional and friendly, but he was also very informative about the structure and coding of the house. Great guy to work with! Even took me into the crawlspace and pointed out the important features -- answered all my relevant (and irrelevant) questions. Will definitely be recommending this business to friends and family.
