Absolutely gorgeous dresses, tuxedo rental, stunning jewelry, lovely shoes, the works. The owner is fantastic, always helpful and friendly. I couldn't recommend Sash more highly.
My little sister was excited for her dress and her first prom, we put the dress on layaway and then the Covid pandemic hit. We simply asked when we could pick up the dress, if there were options about refunds or credits since all the proms have been cancelled including my sisters. Other proms stores have given full refunds or store credit, all we wanted was information on what are options were. The one time we were able to get someone on the phone they said they couldn’t help us. They are being very unprofessional. We have emailed and called with no response. They said the emails were wrong but we sent the emails to the email address listed on their website. Don’t waste your time with this company, go elsewhere, they aren’t worthy of anyone’s attention or money.
Very RUDE!!! Visited because we were having a bad day & wanted the fun of trying on dresses & we were greeted by a lady with dark hair & we said we were just looking around and didn’t have any occasion to go. She made an awful scoff sound like she was offended we just wanted to try a few things on. Will NOT be back.
Omg! Love this place. The employees are all sweet and welcoming. The dresses are gorgeous. You’re greeted with smiles as soon as you walk in the door. Don’t go anywhere else for prom or pageant.
Love the atmosphere of this shop. Very good dress selection. The owner did everything she could to help me find the perfect dress.
