Dealing with the insurance company and the body shop has been a breeze. Desirae has been very helpful throughout the whole process. My car looks brand new.
I was rear ended on December 7th 2020. My Vehicle was towed to them a few days later. It is now February 5th 2021, I still have yet to get my car back. I have spoken to them 4 separate times and have gotten 4 different time frames on when it'll be ready. I have the rental car agency calling me saying i need to pay them because they have taken to long etc. I just spoke to The Manager Dave, He was very kind and empathetic towards my situation. He is the only reason i'm giving them two stars. The next time I do get in an accident (lets be honest people in Charleston dont know how to drive) I will not bring my business to them.

No doubt this is the worse customer service I have ever experienced in all my years on this earth (50+). I waited two weeks to drop vehicle off for repair because they had to order the parts. Two weeks into a one week repair we go go pick up the car only to find they never ordered parts, touched or repaired a portion of the car. And now I am on day three of a one repair, this is ridiculous; i tried giving 0 star and then half star but was forced to give one, which they do not deserve. This place is pure garbage
