Amazing ServicenI was very reluctant to put my car in the shop because I don’t have a trusted mechanic in South Carolina. I knew going into the shop I would have to pay for brakes but my transmission should have been a simple deductible for insurance I pay for. Ms. Gloria was a huge help and while calling in the claim for my transmission, she found out I am still covered under the powertrain warranty. She made the call to the dealership and told them what was going on and when I picked up my car she told me what dealership to go to and who I need to talk to so we could get my car repaired.nnI am thankful I got a good price on parts and labor and even more happy that I now have a trusted mechanic/shop I can go to if I ever need them in the future! I will definitely recommend anyone who needs their vehicles serviced to come here!

Brought my 96 caprice here to see why my gas gauge wasn't working. They had it for 3 days and said they ran a long list a tests. Told me I needed to replace my instrument cluste and charged me over 100 dollars to tell me that. Ignoring the fact I already replaced it. Once I got it back I realized I was missing 1 fuse. Yeah I overlooked that at 1st but hate that I paid them over 100 to overlook it too and guess at it. They didn't even drop my tank. What test did yall really perform? What I had listened to their $100+ advice and purchased a $250+ recommended part? Just for it to be a $1 mini fuse. Not to mention they wouldn't let me speak with the technician who performed these test.... thanks

Wow, we have had our car there for over 3 days and they still cannot give us a price or tell us what is wrong with our car. Are you serious! Picking up our car tomorrow and we will find another place. Do not waste your time coming here! UPDATE - picked the car up, the people are nice but they could not give us a quote after having the car for 3 days. They finally gave us something while we picked the car up and they said they could not tell us how much it would cost because they did not know exactly what was wrong with it until they started fixing it?...a quote is an estimate of what might be wrong. Sorry but a transmission is too expensive of a job, not to at least give an estimate.
