Rarely receive well cooked delicious food, correct order or all the little extras like straws and napkins and today's order was no different. Fries were soggy and cold and no straws with which to drink our two large drinks. While our order was correct it lacked palatable quality.

This McDonalds for some reason has a very bad attitude and slow service and most the time your order will be cold and take a long time to receive it

Food was ok. I dislike the time it takes to get my food. We pulled up at 5:19 approximately 5to6 cars ahead of me from the speaker to the pickup window. Waited 15 minutes to order and I was the second car from the speaker when we got there. Finally got our food at 5:46. Not worth it for the cost or quality of what we got and I won't be going back this is the 3rd time in a row waiting nearly 30 minutes for a hamburger. Poor management I guess. Don't waste your time.

I wanted the number 3 large and when I get home a large fry was I not only half full but the fries were cold severely undercooked and stringy. The Double Quarter was cold as well. I can understand being busy but that does not mean the quality should suffer. The staff in the restaurant is always very nice and pleasant. If I were the manager I would concentrate I'm getting the quality back to where I McDonald's used to be. I have not been to McDonald's in 5 months because of this issue and now it looks like I won't be back for another 6 months. I don't usually leave reviews but was so disappointed in this visit that I felt I should.
