Even though it looks like they may have had issues in the beginning, I would say I had a great experience at this location when I went there recently. Everything that I ordered came out relevantly quickly and everything tasted great. My new favorite is the lemon winter melon with basil seeds (70% sugar/ice). The drink had a refreshing herbal flavor which was the perfect mix between tart & sweet. The bubble waffles (got the brown sugar ginger flavor) were also really delicious, with a crispy outside and perfectly chewy inside. I love that they do bubble waffles because it’s a nice snack to have with the drink!

It's a brand new place so of course they're still adjusting but I've gone here more than 3 times and I've enjoyed my experience each time! The decor is nice and the drinks are great. I highly recommend items from the Winter Melon Series or the Peach Yogurt.

The best milk tea in town. They have a variety of choices to select from. On top of that they are now serving some great food on the menu. Great customer service and look like a very fun and friendly crews. The inside is always nice and clean which is a huge plus.

This isn’t like any other Gong Cha I’ve ever been to. Horrible experience. What I usually like on top of their good quality drinks is consistency. This location lacked all. I get it’s new and yes mistakes happen, but I couldn’t believe the “solution” they propose. I ordered light ice and still got the same amount of ice and everyone else who ordered regular. No big deal. Ordered 50% sugar another person ordered 70%. While theirs tasted sweeter than what I like, it was still the usual 70% (but the flavor tasted like powder). My “50%” tasted like I was drinking straight sugar syrup, not an ounce of any other flavor. I told the cashier and he said he’s not suppose to remake drinks but he can add ice to water it down? So sad. Also, never been to a gong Cha that serves food and the decor/menus/posters look completely diff.
