Tonight was a mess. Our order was placed at 6:06 (per our receipt). We pull up to the window, pay, get our drinks, and are then asked to pull up to the parking lot. We sit there, along with 5 other vehicles who are also waiting for their orders. Crew members come out, handing out orders to cars, only for orders to be returned inside. At 6:30, we finally get the food we ordered and are able to leave. This was such a chaotic experience for just trying to order 2 burger combos.
Just need to rehire all new people 30 mins for a single order just to be wrong

Overall good experience, the food was warm but pre-made. The service was nice and pretty quick.
It just seems to get worst. Forgotten menu items, bad attitude from the employees. I should have learned by now. Don't go to Hardee's!
