Very low pay for local and OTR drivers, why would anyone work where their not making what other companies pay

Got no TONU money when they booked my truck, made me drive 87 miles via traffic, and then failed to load it asking me to wait until tomorrow without detention. They said you came late but at the moment of booking told they will call someone to come in and load my trailer. Very lousy swindlers, who care not about expenses they create.

With this company 9 years. Currently out due to an accident that totaled my truck. Upper Management was sketchy about the whole thing. Would not recommend their lease to own.
