My worker is wonderful but the people that usually serve you in things building always seem to have a chip on their shoulder and that they have something better to be doing then helping you

I was I'll with upper respiratory infection I was unable to go to the store, I was advised to call DHS in Altus and I did, to only be made to feel worse before calling the lady who answered the phone was short with me asked for a meal box she didn't answer my question I processed to ask if their was a meal no direct answer I went on to ask if the box could be sat outside and I'd pick it up she said they can't do that in the most degrading way...I'm sorry I bothered the lady whom I spoke to. May God Bless you all at the Altus DHS.

The people doing the work have no clue about what they are supposed to do.nThe governor should have a full audit and fire half the staff
