Went to the store (Monday)to take advantage of the kids fleece sale, was told that the items were in the back and would be stocked the following day. I returned on Tuesday afternoon and was told that the employee did not have a chance to put out the items yet. I returned on Wednesday and asked about the items and was told that they did not have the items at the store. How can FAMILY DOLLAR advertise items , have customers faithfully seek to purchase items , then told that they dont have the items. Very disappointing experience from. employees. I will seek corporate level answers respectfully.
Fairly well stocked and clean. Employees friendly.
Rude staff that don’t care about customers.
The workers that was there tonight 5/6/20 at 6:00 were great and very helpful. Thank you again for helping me.
