i ordered two salads that were fairly simple and they had them both completely wrong. i ordered a chef salad and asked for no tomatoes and i had LOTS of tomatoes in it and then grilled chicken which doesn’t come on it. i also order a southwest chicken avocado salad and it didn’t come with the grilled chicken, AVOCADO, or the cheese mix. i also asked for no onions and had onions on it AND they put the butt of the lettuce in my salad. usually they are pretty accurate, but this time i was fairly disappointed.

They are capable of good food but tonight again we got no Pickles. What is a sandwich without what you want? Have to ask for Pickles everytime, at the drive through, they will wait and have you check your order to see if you got them. Tell me HOW cheap is that? Then does this tea look like there's any lemon? No lemon in either tea! Ordered lemon in one and in the other lemon plus paid extra for peach syrup but didn't get that either. Time to go to a better sandwich place.

I eat here all the time the food is amazing and the staff is always friendly and prompt, but today I was ignored at the counter and I had to leave then come back just to get my order taken. The girl behind the counter was too busy talking to other staff. She made eye contact with me a few times but continued to talk to the people behind the counter rather than take my order.
