Randy is a great mechanic and really knows his trade. He's fast and caring with great prices.

This guy is the best! He is always busy but never too busy to fit in a customer! His shop rate is probably the cheapest I have seen in 20 years! This guy has more schooling than most tec. 3 times his age. His work is second to none , super fast, and affordable! Give him a cal for all your mechanical needs!

You won’t find a more honest hard working person than Randy. He has rescued me so many times coming to brookings at night or back to the shop to get my window up suppertime. Transmission/clutch- when I saw the bill I couldn’t believe it! Most other shops would’ve been double. He keeps me on the road I’m so very thankful for him.

Time for these to go. Bushings were shot on both front leaves and one pin was actually busted. While these springs seem to have some life left in them I opted for new springs along with new bushings (no I didn’t get ATRO bushings) When installed the new leaves showed just how much sag was really in the old ones. About 1.5”. Sure glad I opted for new ones.nnRandy at Cox Alignment & Repair did a great job fitting me into his very busy schedule. He pre ordered my parts and had them waiting for my arrival. Lucky for us both I arrived ahead of schedule and he was able to get both sides done before supper. Plus my MD Alignment Services Inc. will help my truck roll down the road a lot straighter. Michael L. Beckett this new location offers excellent customer service and is very thorough.nnWhen I say Randy’s busy schedule I mean it. Not only did he have a clutch job already in the shop another clutch job showed up while I was there plus two other jobs for call ins. Like I said we were done in time for Randy to head home for supper but after supper you can find randy back in the shop wrenching on at least one of those clutch jobs because he understands the needs of his customers and his customers need their equipment. Randy was raised in this industry and from what I can tell is an excellent tech with excellent work ethic.nnIf you’re in the Madison SD area I highly recommend Randy.
