Just purchased a used Ram truck from them and couldn’t be happier with the level of service I received from Karen. I purchased the vehicle without seeing it, so I bombarded her with requests and questions before pulling the trigger. She was responsive, detailed, considerate and helpful. I couldn’t be more thrilled with the vehicle and my experience with Prostrollo and Karen. Despite being 12 hours away they made me feel comfortable with the process and made the transaction fairly seamless. Thank you so much for your help in me getting my dream truck! Would definitely recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from them.
