Phil was able to give me advice on my situation before I went forward with having him come out to check on my building after a tree fell on my power lines. The power outage caused more damage than expected and I was able to have Phil come out within 15 minutes of calling. He was professional and knowledgeable and delivered in he said he would reasonable rates and quality of service. I am glad to have Phil in my corner when any electrical issues arises.
