I recently traded cars at Jay Hodge Chevrolet in Muskogee. I traded my Lexus and bought a Cadillac! I was very pleased with the whole experience. We were looking for a certain kind of vehicle. Chad Krifa found us just what we were looking for! Everyone at the dealership was very kind and helpful! A great experience getting into our new car!
Very friendly, well informed staff. Chad responded quickly to our emails and had a car ready for us to test drive. We had worked with other dealerships in the last few weeks, but Chad came through with the car we were looking for. Paperwork took less than an hour!
It was very clean. The team was so nice an professional. Any questions or concerns I had was answered. I’ll be taking my car there for everything now.
Brought a 2021 Tahoe in for a recall only to have the seat cover ripped by the technician. After over a week of waiting we find out they ordered the wrong seat cover and that it would be another day before the repairs were made. Well, that day came and went and the work is still was not completed. Picking up the vehicle and asking to speak to a supervisor. Strongly advise against using their service department.
