I found what I thought was perfect car on this lot. I live in a different state. So I called and during this part of the process, the staff was amazing. They went out of their way to make sure I could get what I wanted. I drove four hours to get to the lot. Once I got there I test drove the vehicle, seemed like everything was ok. I started back home and the smell inside this car was taking my breath! Once I got back home, I took it to get the oil changed. The tech brings in the cabin filter, it was full of rodent droppings! ( I have pictures) He also pointed out four hornets nests in the engine compartment. The negative post on the battery had a screw completing the current and and positive side of the battery post was a mess! Then, I went to transfer my tag and was told that the sales tax wasn’t included in the deal as it usually is in my state. Overall, there was just a lot of information left out.
Emily was amazing!!!. They work hard and quick to get me in my first new car. I enjoyed the experience so much. Amazing place to buy a car.
Amazing staff and company. I gladly give them 5 stars I went in on a Saturday and didn't have an appointment I was there to purchase my daughter a surprise 18th Birthday present They made sure I left with exactly what I wanted and my daughter loves her 2016 Dodge Journey. Thank you all for making her day special.
