Marcus and crew are always helpful! The staff makes this place great. I love that they share secret spots to check out on the river and around the area. Really make you feel like they are buddies always saying hello and asking if there is anything you need.
When all the other camps were packed hanging rock had just the perfect # of ppl. It was very clean and relaxing for our family. We had electricity for our tent camping. Short walk to the rafting area. There was a cold stream to play in. Saturday night there was singers. We will be back soon.
The setting along a cold stream that feeds into the river is great and probably our favorite of the float camp grounds. The young men working the rafts were awesome. No dump station is not a deal breaker as we knew in advance, but would be a nice additiin. The deal breaker was that we did not have water supply to the RV 70% of the time we were there. No way to take showers, wash hands or use toilets. We ended up going through several all of our drinking water to compensate. Had we known they had these issues we would have went elsewhere or at least filled up fresh tank to supplement. The lack of supply. No real answers or apologies from the owners.
Place looks like a lot of fun and they got a guy thats cooks food there to and place looks very clean and nice
Good spot. To camp. Really nice river access to swim. Food was pretty good. All in all pretty good place. Would go again.
