First off, I took my son with me while at work. Not only was this place very unsanitary but it was also out of certain items we wanted. The staff was rude and probably on drugs based on what I overheard in the kitchen. I even witnessed a cook go outside to smoke 3 times and washed his hands only 1 time. I am considering requesting the CDC come visit this location. I was so disgusted with my service I couldn't finish half of my meal . I won't be back till these issues are resolved.
Ordered grilled chicken burrito. It was not grilled but ate it anyways. Then found bone in it..
I've been here several times. This would be the first time I had to wait a little bit longer than normal. I order my food and move up to the window and pay. Then she opens the window and says they were out of what I ordered. Would I like the other way or a refund?? Then before I make a decision she then says never mind they found what I ordered. Now is that a way to run a business?? And then she brings it out and guess what?? She tells me we didn't have boxes so be careful. Don't get me wrong she was nice throughout this whole thing but I ordered a taco salad. I begin to open the bag and the crunchy shell is on top of a small bowl. WHAT!! Then they forgot to leave something off to top that. So that is why I gave them a three star rating. Other than that I've not had any problems with this business. I would still recommend anyone who likes a different take on tacos and burgers to stop by and grab a bite or three.
