Mannnnn.. The chicken fried steak.. Is to die for! Gotta be Granny in the kitchen.. Had the fried mushrooms as a appetizer best I've had! Pan Gravy outta cast iron skillet, I swear to Gravy gods. Outstanding!! I will be back! Great folks!
If you're looking for food, like Granny used to make, look no further!! I'm so glad this is where I chose to go, for my Birthday dinner! The atmosphere is so cozy and inviting, it feels like you're in Granny's kitchen/dining room. The decor is so wonderfully eclectic, but goes together perfectly. I was having a lil trip down memory lane, and caught myself getting a bit misty-eyed, thinking of my own Granny Squirrel, while looking around and taking it all in. Yes, this place is that inviting!nnWe ordered the fried mushrooms for an appetizer, and they didn't look like what I was expecting, but boy I tell ya what, they were BETTER than what I expected!! I've never had mushrooms seasoned and fried this way, and I'm wondering why?! Lol. I had the chicken and dumplings, made by Grandma Rabbit, and of course fry bread to sop up that yummy broth. We didn't save room for dessert, but the fried pies sounded so delicious, we each got one to go: I had the strawberry cheesecake, and he had the blueberry cheesecake. I didn't eat mine, until a couple days later, but it was absolutely DELICIOUS!ud83dude0bnnI can't wait to go back.
Definitely worth checking out. Was surprised to see my burger on fry bread but it was awesome. And if you're swimming at Spring Creek around Littlefields to they will deliver
It was pretty good food went with the wife and we enjoyed our meal and the cherry limeade was great too.
It was fun and inviting. Good people and good food!
