Excellent service, food was on point, and all in all great environment. I brought my fiance out to eat and we never had to ask a waitress for more to drink. The staff was all working together to keep everyone satisfied and for the quality of food they serve the price wasn't to bad. Will definitely be back

My husband and I ate here to celebrate our anniversary. I was very disappointed with the service and food. We were seated with a menu, and it took over 5 minutes to get waited on. They brought us our drinks and then it was another 5 minutes before we got our bread and salads. Then they brought the appetizer which was cold and the fries were not done all the way. Then our entres arrived my steak was all fat and very little meat, and cold. I sent it back and was told that they reheated it, and told me that was the way a ribeye was supposed to be. Well when they brought it back to me the steak was tough and the baked potato was even more tougher. It was disappointing to spend that much money for dinner. When I received a text asking about my experience I gave everything a one star review and submitted it and they changed everything to receive a higher rating. Ok so on Tuesday I spoke with a member of management and she apologized and offered to comp my meal for me if and when I was ready to go back out there and eat. I decided to go back out there on Thursday and they were so apologetic and seated me right away and I ordered the same thing I had the other night and let me say it was a world of difference between the two meals. The one that I had today was totally awesome. The steak was cooked perfectly and there was not a lot of fat on it and the potato was perfect.

Food is great and service is amazing...my waitress Trinity was absolutely the best!

My family tried out the restaurant a few days ago and were really pleased with the quality and services, but when we placed a order to go today i specifically ask if we get the same quality and amount in an order to go we were told yes....that was totally not the case at all i was very disappointed in the less than half of the order of food same quality and same price but literally less than half what we got three days before for the same thing it was very disappointing to go thru their screening find a parkibg olace get my temperature go in and then the manager offers no resolution just excuses that they havent found any go containers that would hold their go orders. I could just drove thru Braums and got more than i was given there very unhappy about the ordeal.

Great food - burger cooked to order - freshest salad - gourmet potato soup - tender steaks. Good prices. Excellent service.
