The manager was very nice & very helpful. He detailed everything they did to my car and told me what I needed in the near future. I will go there for all my oil changes. The prices were great! Thanks Rick!

They're nice enough people to deal with, they're just very, very slow. They don't seem to prioritize people who are physically waiting in their waiting area. Took right at an hour for an oil change, and I had an appointment!nnThey do good work, just wish he could keep some help, he seems to always be behind due to lack of help.

Since the first time I took one of my vehicles to First choice, it was a diagnostic for oil leak, etc. and they fixed it and I haven’t had a problem since. I have had several other vehicles I have taken there for tires, check engine light, and more and every time, the price is right and the vehicle is diagnosed and fixed right the first time! I drive 45 minutes to their shop and will continue to for their service and knowledge!!!!!

When i called to make an appointment was told that they had nothing going on for the day i chose to bring my car in. Dropped it off for and oil change and some minor repairs and even told them exactly what was wrong. It took 3 days to get my car back. They have over charged me for labor and still havent fixed the right wheel bearing after i spent almost $600 with them. Im going back to Lanes Automotive. At least he dont charge you for something that dont get fixed.
