Just left the car wash with a rear windshield wiper in my hand. Not sure if it was broken or not, the guys at the carwash suggested that I take it to the nearest auto parts store. I did.nJames was able to help right away. I explained to him what happened, we walked out to my car, and next thing you know the wiper was back in place! James then asked me to start the car, turn on the rear wiper and see if it worked properly. I did, it did!nHuge thanks to James for 'fixing' my issue!nI wasn't a paying customer, but nonetheless... James's customer service and willingness to help was spot on.
