They have great, friendly and knowledge staff with excellent quality products backed by manufacturer warranty and guarantee. They are under new owners and they are involved and all about customer satisfaction. They have products ranging from bikes, 4 wheelers, side by sides, water bottles, shirts, etc. This is the place to go if you are interested in anything power sports. Even Kawasaki and Honda of hickory rely on this locations' quality stock and ability to get special ordered parts and products. They also have a service department and do work on location. They even take trade ins and will deliver. I was very satisfied and will be a returning customer.
My experience purchasing a Honda Rebel 1100 here at Brushy Mountain Powersports was the best vehicle purchase experience (both for motorcycle and car) that I’ve ever had.nnI’ve purchased 2 cars and 1 motorcycle in the past at other locations and always felt the typical negotiation process to be very pressure-intense and unpleasant. It always felt adversarial and I would walk away with a bad taste in my mouth.nnNone of that occurred here at Brushy Mountain Powersports. I worked with Tim in what felt like a very collaborative way. The Honda Rebel 1100 I purchased is still very new and can be difficult to obtain with the limited stock out there. What a great dealership, my recent purchase was a Yamaha MT10 from them. They were very helpful and knowledgeable.....Matt and Dakota are the best to work with, helped get me a good trade in value as well. Highly recommended!
Brought my 2014 Honda Rancher in for service and was pleasantly surprised at the prompt quality service and now to find with new ownership about 3 years ago this is a VERY well run dealership. My 4 wheeler has never run better !!! THANKS and I WILL be back.
