Their new coffee machines are terrible. The coffee does not taste good at all. I bought an x-large and took 2 sips. That stuff was dumped out. I would suggest having your own coffee in the morning or going somewhere else for it

Need to teach cashiers how to count and how to run a drive through. I only ordered a fountain drink waited 20 mins in drive through behind 2 cars. Finally got up to the window it was $0.96 I gave the cashier $1.01 trying to help reduce getting change back. She only owed me $.05 she was dumb founded trying to hand me my penny back I told her no I wanted less change. She looks at me do you didn't want your change. No I wanted my changed still. She was confused so I pulled up my calculator on my phone to educate her that she owed me a nickle. Where do they find these people at? I'm sorry but it was simple math not algebra. She needs to go back to school or something. Never had a issue until now. Just wow!!!!

If your same copy and paste response of “Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback Chris. We apologize and will be passing this along for further review”, that you lazily reply to everyone with was in the slightest bit effective, you wouldn’t continue to still be having the problems that you have. I’ve seen this reply to every review yet I’ve seen ZERO improvement.nnMaybe this lazy leadership is why you have lazy employees, not all of them, you have some absolutely amazing people there, but they are not seen or appreciated properly due to the fact that leadership seems not to care.

Made card purchase and got double tapped! Stop using card here and today get a $61 charge?! Someone one up there is stealing card info. Had to put a bank block for my card at this location. BEWARE and use Ca$h here! Unless you like a $183 carton of cigarettes.

We ordered from the valuz menu chicken sandwich which said it included fries and drink. We didnt receive the fries. The chicken sandwich, Had grizzel in it and lettuce that looked like it was a week old. I had a burrito bowl and my lettuce looked the same. We only live a block away from our Sheetz and use it a lot. The service has gone down in the past in the food area. We are very disappointed lately..also i lost my original Sheetz card and cannot get the new one registered on line. Could you help me with that? Overall we are satisfied with Sheetz but lately not so much.nnBonnie Oneal
