I needed a trailer hitch added to my SUV so I called my local dealership for an estimate. While the dealership was looking up the parts for pricing, I was told that it would be weeks before they could get me in. They beat the dealership cost by a wide margin, installed it right away after receiving the parts (the exact same OEM parts the dealership wanted a lot more for I might add) and even personally delivered my SUV back to me due to the proximity of my home address.
