Very helpful. My daughter and I were basically stuck on the side of the road, when the driver arrived he explained where he was taking us and then made us feel very comfortable on the ride to the mechanic shop. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone in the Raleigh area.

Antonio #63 arrived earlier than expected. He was very professional and knowledgeable in towing/safety procedure. He was also able to better help me diagnose my vehicle's issue. He is an amazing asset to the company, and I will definitely be using Barbour's Towing & Truck Repair again.

I had to have 3 vehicles towed due to having the tires slashed. The hauler operator was Ray Robinson. He was extremely professional and polite. He explained how he was going to bring all 3 vehicles to the garage. He did all this in a very quick manner. If, I every need the services again, I hope they send Ray.
