Mr. Bobby was extremely pleasant when he scheduled my appointment & checked me in.The maintenance & cost were discussed with me before any work was done. Took our car in after another company told us that we needed a $700.00 repair. Bobby spent a ton of time trying to recreate the problem we were told we had... there was no problem! I was out shopping one day and when I got to my car I found a note on it from Shane at Tyrolf Auto. In the note he stated how he loves working on Rotary Engines, etc. So I checked them out, and was I glad. I had Tyrolf replace my brake pads with MY choice of pads!
