Great customer service, repair work and my car was finished quickly. I have been to other body shops and nothing compares and my car looks great can’t even tell anything happened to it. Keep up the great service guys. You have customer for life.

My interactions with all the folks at this location were positive . They had all the time needed to answer my questions and to talk about options for the repair. The manager went out of his way to investigate what was needed to fix my truck and to order what they didn't have. My appointment time was honored and the repair was completed quickly. I am very pleased with the repair and would recommend this location to anyone.

You have an amazing team at this location. From the front desk, to Jacquelyn who appraised my car and walked me through the process, to the body and detail guys who did an incredible job with a quick turnaround. Myself and my wife really appreciate all the hard work, the paint even matches better than factory!

I had an incredible experience here! Brett was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Additionally, he was able to squeeze me in for a same day service last minute. Having an accident is never fun, but Brett and the other staff made it a lot smoother than normal. Hopefully I do not have any more car issues, but if I do, I will definitely be returning to caliber collision on new Bern!!

This shop was recommended by my insurance. I've only had one previous experience with body shops and it was terrible. This placed 100% surpassed my expectation AND MORE! Jackie went above and beyond to get my car back to me early and offered her services for future repairs outside of what insurance covered. Great shop!
