Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Went for ud83dude97 inspection. This young man name Bryan, who said he was the manager did my inspection. Everything passed, then at the end, he tells me the car failed because of a small cracked in back light. Remember, everything passed. He then said it would be 23.00 dollars for inspection. If you have ever failed a car inspection please contact NC Attorney Generals office. This company is running a racket. Bryan is and his staff are crooks. Oh! I passed my car inspection the same day. Will be getting a Lawyer for pain and emotional distress.

Not clean.

The staff was friendly and great. Except the manager charged me an extra 10 dollar window tinting fee explaining that he wasn't sure it was original tint despite what the sticker on the window said. then he explained it wasn't him it was the state and that the money doesn't even go to them. well the tint inspection is optional and the money does go to the station so I guess I shouldn't have got there round lunch time... but everyone else was great.

I visited this location to for a simple oil change/filter replacement. The staff, specifically Tevin and Miles, were incredibly kind, professional, and efficient. They all wore their masks the entire time and disinfected the areas they touched inside my car. I’ll be visiting this location more often!

The wait was 27minutes before the car was called into the bay. We had to tell the technician to speed up the service.. He was having issues with computer . The waiting room smelled of cigarettes and coffee. Technicians were milling around and left personal items on the seats. Doing no work, smoking cigarettes, listening to loud music from their cars. 2/7 technicians were working. The front desk person left the waiting room that had dirty gloves and rags on the floor which was filthy. The experience was very uncharaterstic of A Valvoline service. Very disappointing.
