Great experience. Initial call from Floyd was informative and professional. Explained the process, the financing options and offered for me to come in for a demo. Due to busy life it took me months to get by, but he continued to follow up periodically which I appreciated him going the extra mile, even though I'm sure he had to be thinking I was probably wasting his time at that point. When I went in to make the purchase, Shane was great. Very personable, professional and helpful. He took the time to show me everything I needed to know about the piece equipment. Even told me little tricks for common quirks that could happen down the road. They even reserved the unit for me without even asking for a deposit. I like the simplicity of a hand shake business that does what they say they will. I'm sure we will be seeing these guys again for years to come. Highly recommend.

Went over there a couple weeks ago to buy a SCAG. I had my trailer and everything ready to roll. When I walked in there was not a soul around to help me. So I walked over to the many SCAGs, Bobcats and other zero turns they had. Oh, they had plenty. Now I know why they have plenty. It's because they don't want to sell them, apparently. I was interested in the 0 percent offered by the yard card. So, I walked in and talked to one of their salesmen. He tried to push me on another deal where I had to pay a fee and worse terms. I ended up walking out and went to the next town over, who BTY had only one and the only one mower I wanted and I got a better deal. Do your research folks, sometimes a hometown dealer is not going to be your best option. I also went back to this company's website and on it shows they participate with the lender I wanted to use. I ended up going with that same lender at the other dealership who gladly participated in the promotion I was looking for.
