Snappy Lube

I came here during my lunch break and told them that I was on my lunch break and ALL I wanted and needed was a regular oil change & they said they would have me in and out. Instead I was there for 45 minutes! WHY? Because they kept coming in and telling me I needed my brakes done, that my light bulbs were out and I needed a new air filter! I told them that my lights, brakes and air filter were fine and working (ALL had just been recently replaced. Once again I said Please just do my oil change because I need to get back to work. I'm complaining because if a customer tells you they're on their lunch break and they just want an oil change just do the oil change and nothing else and don't keep coming back in every 5 minutes saying that something else is wrong when it really isn't!

Great customer service. The workers greet you immediately. They work fast and efficiently.

Great service; but, none of the employees wear masks. Very uncomfortable feeling. Don't want COVID-19.

Great experience! All the men who worked on my car did a fine job and were attentive. David was especially patient with my questions and helpful in making recommendations. This is my new place for car care.
