The gentleman at the counter was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. I had called to confirm they had the battery I needed. He offered to have it at the counter for when I arrived. In and out very fast. This is my second purchase from this location, and will always give them a first look when battery shopping.

Never knew that there was such a thing as a battery store. Bought a new remote key fob for my car and needed programing. Found Batteries Plus on the web. Their price was1/4 the price of the Chevy dealer with none of the wasted time typically spent at the dealer. Made an appointment at the Knightdale, NC location. They were GREAT! Treated me with respect. I had them cut an xtra key and program my new remote. No issues at all! They are real pros! I will be back and will tell all my friends and family. In a world where you rarely get what you pay for, they far exceeded my expectations. Thanks Batteries Plus!

I have come to Batteries plus Bulbs twice in December 2020. Once to replace the bulb in my key fob for my Toyota Highlander and once for service on my phone. Both times Stephen Bock resolved my problems quickly and completely. Due to Covid concerns I asked if I could have curbside service and Stephen took care of it!! I will be going to Batteries Plus Bulbs in the future and will recommend this store to my family and friends. Thanks again! Kristina

Stephen was most excellent.. greater me when I walked in the door...knew exact batteries i needed and ordered me a new key fob....I have never had bad service at this store.
