The man behind the counter (Tyler) was a calming presence at a very busy time for me, and he handled my up tight ways extremely well. His customer skills are excellent. We need more people like him working in stores!

Unfortunately, they recently had a fire in the premises. My daughter, a college student has a unit there. We asked if her unit was damaged but we were told to come in. I explained I live in Georgia. We got there, and no damage to her unit. The staff was great, but I wish I didn't have to drive there for nothing.
