At a most stressful point in life - I did not believe I would be able to (at the least) drive off a car lot with a piece of a vehicle. Keith contacted me via my online inquiry and I must say - this guy is nothing short of amazing! I had been giving the office a lil difficulty as I wanted to assure them that I didn’t want to drive an hour away just to be told something different and or turned around! I showed up still kind of skeptical but this gentleman is heaven sent!! He assured me I’d be fine and not only am I leaving in just a short couple hours but I’m leaving in a car that I am absolutely in love with! Customer service was amazing! Everything he promised- he came through!! Open, honest and very knowledgeable. Oh - did I mention- when I got back from the test drive - he had found the cheapest insurance around for me! I highly recommend - this the reason I’m writing such a detailed review! They have a customer for life in me!!!! Bless!

Serena Strickland greeted me at the door. Now being 60 years old, I'm sure makes you aware that I've purchased a few vehicles in my time. So, when I tell you this has been the easiest vehicle purchase in my ENTIRE LIFETIME, you should realize that's quite a hurdle to overcome. But Serena and Drivetime did it with ease!!! Thanks a million, Serena!! This Serena is to car buying what the famous Serena is to tennis!!!

Dominique Phillips was absolutely amazing! He was awesome to work with. Always got back with me and walked me thru each step. He was extremely thorough and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and not what he wanted me to have to make a sale~! Will always use DriveTime and Dominique for all my car purchasing needs for me and my family :)

Chad was AWESOME! Got me into just want I wanted, my car note is affordable and I couldn't have ask for anything more. Getting approved is easy. If you want something nice I would suggest to bring in at least 2000.

I went to drive time not expecting to leave with a car but to just figure out my options but working with Serena she made me feel comfortable and was very helpful through the whole process! And I went home with what I wanted! I highly recommend her to anyone!
