Wonderful little hidden gem!!! This car lot is right off of Capital Blvd in Raleigh, NC. The Sales Team went above and beyond to assist us, including staying well after hours to close the deal. Made us feel welcomednand always had a mask on and practice social distancing as much as possible! Which was a ++ for us. No pressure selling, just honest and straightforward willing and dealing. If you need a gently used, clean, good running car! There is no better place to shop!!!!

Working with the owner, Talal, was a pleasure. We brought our son to purchase his first car and he was knowledgeable as well as thorough. We never felt rushed or pressured and he answered all our questions. The car had a small coolant leak and he repaired it immediately the next day, which he did not have to do since we bought it as it. I would highly recommend.

We stopped at a used car dealer down the road from Raleigh Autoplex and was very dissapointed with the 2 old owners that didn't want to talk or even deal with us on and older Range Rover....seen a beautiful 2013 Range Rover at Raleigh Autoplex and stopped in and Mr Jafaar , the owner was on site and answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable of this vehicle... We came back 2 weeks later and purchased the Range Rover....very nice and clean vehicles on his lot....Mr Jafaar even gave us a great price on our old Camry trade in.. Highly recommend Raleigh Autoplex for your next vehicle purchase....

Sold my son a bogus car that lasted 1 month before the engine went up. He over spent 6000 to purchase the car. I called to see if they could help with fixing they tell me you brought as is.. after one month of having the car... Paying 6000 for it I had to sell it for 1000 no one would pay more than that. The engine was a smaller engine that was not original to the car and the engine was no good. They did us rotten !!!! Was furious

I recommend Raleigh Autoplex for high quality vehicles and great personal service.  We bought a 2014 Chrysler Town & Country in top condition for a good price.  It was the best deal of 5 we looked at.  The owner, Talal, says he hand picks each vehicle and the quality of inventory on the lot shows it. He gave us personal service from pre-purchase inspection through signing the papers.  We knew the van had a minor issue with the automatic door closing but was hard to diagnose.  Talal promised he would work with us after the purchase for follow up service if needed, and he did just as promised when we called weeks later.
