JD Byrider sold me a piece of junk, the check engine light kept coming on but it was to late because I had already signed the agreement to lease the car. Do not get a car from here. I recommend going to a dealership that isn’t praying on people with bad credit! Don’t do it!

I’ve been working with this company since June of this year and I honesty haven’t had any issues. Everything has gone very smoothly. Everyone was nice I got my car the same day and making payments online are super quick and easy. The payments of course are a little higher because they only finance for 3 years(which is brilliant) considering they are used cars.The best part of all I was able to walk out with a car the same day for very little down. I haven’t had any issues with the SUV I purchased here. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is in a pickle and needs a car ASAP. My experience with CNAC and jd byrider has been amazing.

Rude workers, online website is terrible locked me out for making a partial payment on my car. High interest rate of 22%. If you value your patience and credit do not use!

Do not fall for these five star reviews. These people are giving JD Byrider 5 stars because they will put you in a car and the majority of people who look to purchase here were happy they walked out with a car.nnThey are not aware that they are paying thousands of dollars more for these lemons than they should. IF YOU ARE OK WITH A $300-$500 A MONTH PAYMENTS, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO ROOM FOR EMERGENCY SITUATIONS THAT MAY CAUSE YOU TO MISS YOUR RENT-SIZE MONTHLY PAYMENT AND PAYING $14,000 FOR A 2007 VEHICLE, then JD Byrider is that dealership for you.nnJust make sure you use fake phone numbers for your references and change whatever phone number you give them because they will harrass you and every name on that list...
