I smelled French fries while I was checking out and they smelt good. The cashier said this is the best McDonalds in the whole Raleigh area so I decided to grab a quick bite. The fries were fresh out the fryer, the McDouble was fresh and the customer service was awesome! I was impressed. The employee said: “Have a great day, Sir” and pulled down their face cover a brief moment to show me their smile. They didn’t have to pull down the covering, but I’m glad they showed me their smile. I’m a happy customer! Good job!
I ordered and paid for extra sweet and sour sauce, and they didn’t give me any. I pointed it out and showed them my receipt, but only gave me half of what I paid for. On top of this- the fries weren’t fully cooked- and they only half filled the box. I rarely leave a comment... ever. But this was a ripoff- and they stole from me. I’ve never had this issue before- and yea I always ask for extra sauce when I pay cus I know they charge.
Food is served hot and the drive-in is so much fast... Good service along Harrison avenue
