So slow! Never a quick experience in drive through or with mobile orders. I live close and frequent it but I would rather drive out of my way just to not experience the wait times.
One of my guilty pleasures though I dont get here as much I used too it is a welcomed treat from time to time. As an herbalist I do wish they had more herbal tea blends they can fancy up, not many blend their own herb by herb like myself, but we would love to go to a shop and enjoy a cup from time to time not necessarily the teas in the tea bag.
Fast and friendly service! This is a perfect example of a well oiled machine. Orders in and coffee and food out as fast as physically possible. Keep up the good work Starbucks.
I hate to be the bitter person here, I’ve always had an okay experience here. I order and always get what I ask for, however, if your opening time states 8am and you( the coworker) is late and I ask for a warm butter croissant, you’re not suppose to give me attitude. It’s no ones fault you’re late, but your own. At least apologize and correct the issue by either refunding me the money for the croissant or just APOLOGIZE. Don’t get an attitude when you put yourself n that position. Thank you!
