Waited in drive-through for 25 minutes. Got to the window and they didn’t know what I ordered. Told him I wanted a chestnut and received a hazelnut instead. Coffee was not hot. The inside of the restaurant was a mess behind the counter. It was dirty and they looked like they were on organized which clearly they were Because they didn’t know what I ordered. Coffee upset my stomach. I don’t know what they did different but had bad diarrhea that night. Never experienced anything like this at any Starbucks in my life. I will never go back to that one

The staff really do try their best and I applaud them for their efforts however I made an order which the staff member repeated back to me and I received the wrong size. Already being tired of the wait, I decided to keep it and asked the staff member doing drive through if what I received reflected the correct price on the receipt, he didn’t give me a receipt but assured me that it was. But when I got home to check my transactions it was not. I would call so I could get my money back but I already know there would be a long wait for that as well. 01/18/21

They made my order wrong the first time and the second time it didn’t even look close to the Iced white mocha I ordered, it tasted like warm milk with a dash of coffee. They also made me wait for a long time just for a tall caramel frappe serving people that ordered way after us. All looked very unhappy to even be working there hope they work on that.

Literally the worst Starbucks EVER. Every single time I come to this Starbucks they never get my order correct. I always order the same- iced coffee with sweet cream and hazelnut syrup and it ALWAYS taste like coffee with milk, NO FLAVOR. I hate this Starbucks and will not be going again. They’re always so slow, it takes at least 20 min to get through the drive thru.

Tonight, I bought a pink drink and lemon pound cake and it did not taste right. About 5 minutes later I returned to the store because my throat was itching. I hadn’t even left the parking lot yet. I had already consumed the pound cake and returned the drink. I was having some sort of reaction. I’m unsure if something was in my drink or on the pound cake. I know that there was still plastic inside of the to go bag with the pound cake but it’s alarming because this has never happened before. I’ve been getting the same combination for years because I don’t drink coffee. I would hope no one would do anything to an unsuspecting customers food but who knows.
