This man FERNANDO GOMEZ charges $ 15 dollars to notarize. When he was told wow! How can you charge that if the bank does it for FREE and the maximum that can be charged is $ 5 in the state of NC. He didn't want to notarize the title because he got angry. Bad service and bad ethics. I don't know how people can go with this man to make taxes. Be careful or go to another place. I went to another notary and charged me $ 5 although it was Sunday.nnNotary fees in many states max out at $ 10 per signature. These states include Florida, New Hampshire, Oregon, South Dakota and Washington. Many other states have set the maximum price that can be charged at $ 5.
